Starlings, Robins, Reed Buntings & Tits....because it's not all about the rare birds!

It's been a month since I last updated my Blog, for a few reasons I haven't had the urge to post, one of those is that I haven't recently photographed many 'exciting' birds, and another is that I haven't been feeling well. I have plenty of pictures of common birds to share though, and I take great pleasure in photographing them! From my Facebook and Twitter postings, I know that these instantly recognisable birds are very popular with the general public, so todays Blog will be mostly pictures of them!
One interesting bird I did photograph was a Little Owl. Well, 2 Little Owls to be precise!
In a dead tree, way across a field, they could so easily be missed! Natures camouflage is truly amazing!
I've also seen rare Spoonbill, Whooper Swan, Long Tailed Duck and some Hawfinches, but mostly only managed poor record shots of these birds.
So, without further ado, let's get on with the pics! :)
